๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Sales, Support, and Training roles.
- Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive Operations talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs and develop role-specific strategies.
- Manage pipeline health and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to source and convert passive candidates for high-volume roles.
- Experience consulting with hiring managers and balancing service with delivery.
- Strong communication skills adapting across technical and non-technical audiences.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a growth-stage startup environment.
- High-volume recruiting in Insurance or Mortgage industries.
- Familiarity with Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Brighthire, and AI tools.
