  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Sales, Support, and Training roles.
  • Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive Operations talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs and develop role-specific strategies.
  • Manage pipeline health and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to source and convert passive candidates for high-volume roles.
  • Experience consulting with hiring managers and balancing service with delivery.
  • Strong communication skills adapting across technical and non-technical audiences.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a growth-stage startup environment.
  • High-volume recruiting in Insurance or Mortgage industries.
  • Familiarity with Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Brighthire, and AI tools.
