You'll guide a distributed team delivering customer implementations and migrations on a leading DevSecOps platform. You'll ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across enterprise customers in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Professional Services Engineers on customer engagements.
• Oversee delivery of implementation, migration, and advisory projects.
• Monitor project health and proactively address risks.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading technical, customer-facing teams in professional services.
• Strong technical background in DevSecOps or platform engineering.
• Experience managing complex enterprise delivery programs.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
