You'll design and optimize user behavior models for ad ranking and recommendation systems at Unity's Gamer AI team. Your work will directly impact conversion predictions across billions of impressions. Large-scale machine learning and real-time user behavior modeling are at the core of this role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and optimize user behavior models for ad ranking.
• Monitor model performance and identify data quality issues.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Communicate model workings to cross-functional partners.

📋 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, ML, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong foundation in Python or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals and statistical analysis.
• Curiosity about ads, recommendations, and user behavior at scale.

✨ Nice to Have

• First experience or academic projects in the ads domain.
• Exposure to A/B testing frameworks.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
