Your work will directly enable Vanta to serve upmarket customers with highly customized processes while opening up new automation opportunities. • Lead design and execution of strategic projects impacting multiple departments.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products on large-scale projects.
• Independent in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights.
• Skilled in leading design from ambiguity to concept and execution.
• Proven success in design strategy, systemic thinking, and strong product sensibility.
