- Lead and develop a team of Account Executives across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
- Own and exceed revenue targets with predictable pipeline and forecast accuracy.
- Drive deal strategy and execution on complex opportunities and negotiations.
- Collaborate with Marketing to enhance demand generation and campaign effectiveness.
๐ Requirements
- 5โ7+ years managing Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams in high-growth SaaS.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building scalable revenue engines.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills to develop high-performing sales talent.
- Experience in inside sales and complex deal cycles across direct and channel motions.
