Description

You will run the local Carvana hub, overseeing market launch, operations, logistics, consumer branding, and team engagement. You'll manage daily operations, assess business trends, and proactively solve problems while leading and developing a team of Customer Advocates.

Responsibilities

• Be a continuous positive force and create strong morale
• Interview, select, onboard and train Customer Advocates
• Develop team through feedback, performance check-ins, and goal setting
• Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments
• Generate and monitor regular reports and present to upper management
