• Optimize system performance including memory management and state handling
• Develop AI-enablement infrastructure like vector indexing and real-time pipelines
• Mentor mid-level engineers through technical leadership and design reviews

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems
• Strong foundation in distributed systems and computer science fundamentals
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Go
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Flink, Spark, Kubernetes, or OLAP systems

• Experience with real-time data processing or stream processing
