🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, schedule, and deliver software projects on time.
• Manage and mentor developers, fostering collaboration.
• Make key decisions on backend architecture and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align department goals.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in backend development with scalable system design.
• Expertise in TypeScript and Golang.
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps.
• Experience developing LLM applications with RAG and GPT.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PyTorch and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with LLM inference stacks (TensorRT-LLM, VLLM).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
