You'll lead the shopfloor team in a new Fulfillment Center in Erding, driving operational success and optimizing logistics processes. Your core impact is ensuring seamless daily operations and shaping the site from its early days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a shopfloor team of up to 300 people
• Manage all warehouse processes and ensure smooth operations
• Optimize logistics structures and define new SOPs
• Oversee operational capacity planning for the Fulfillment Center

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
• 7+ years of full-time work experience
• Leadership experience with 300+ employees in operations
• Fluency in German and good English skills

• Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau or Excel
• Hands-on mentality and analytical mindset
