Your work will directly impact how communications teams analyze text, audio, and video coverage. This is an early-stage role where you'll shape engineering culture and own features end-to-end.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and build core backend systems with Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL
• Design scalable data pipelines for ingesting and indexing multi-modal datasets
• Integrate LLMs and ML models into production RAG pipelines
• Collaborate with users on customer calls to iterate rapidly

📋 Requirements

• 2–10+ years building and scaling production backend systems
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD
• Excited to build quickly and ship fast in an early-stage environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership of unclear problems

• Computer vision or multimodal model experience (audio, video, image)
