Description

As a Senior Solutions Architect at MongoDB, you'll guide customers in designing scalable, reliable systems using MongoDB's data platform. You'll work closely with sales executives, act as a trusted advisor to users from startups to large enterprises, and play a key role in winning deals.

Requirements

• 5-8 years related industry experience, ideally 2 years in customer-facing role
• Minimum 2 years experience with modern scripting (Python, Node.js, SQL) or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience implementing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Demonstrated ability to review complex architecture and provide improvement guidance
• Business fluency in German or French with English

Responsibilities

• Design scalable applications, systems, and infrastructure leveraging MongoDB
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB
• Collaborate with sales team on account planning, opportunity prioritization, and pipeline generation
• Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and industry events
• Foster customer relationships, build champions, and ensure customer success
