You'll be the face of Colibri, welcoming students and assisting with enrollments, scheduling, and orientations in a supportive learning environment. Your core impact includes maintaining accurate records and providing friendly service to help students succeed. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome guests, check students in, assist with enrolling and scheduling
• Answer in-person and virtual inquiries via chat, email, and phone
• Maintain student records in the CRM system
• Support operations with attendance, inventory, and cash reconciliation

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

✨ Nice to Have

• Some college preferred
• Basic experience with CRM software preferred
