You'll own product strategy and execution for senior living products at PointClickCare. You'll shape workflows like census data that sit at the heart of the resident experience. This role combines strategy and execution, translating complexity into clear, high-impact solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for senior living products
• Serve as voice of customer to scrum team with engineering and UX
• Maintain prioritized backlog and write user stories
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and customer success

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or healthcare
• 3+ years of product management experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Experience with large data foundations and census work
• Proven track record working with technical delivery and engineering teams
• Understanding of PHI regulatory functions
