💼 About This Role

You'll own the operating system for Semgrep, driving how information flows and how leaders' time is protected. You'll be a thought partner to the VP of Operations, embedding AI-first automation across every process. This role combines strategic and operational impact in a high-growth code security company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Automate workflows using AI tools to eliminate manual work
• Own company-wide operating cadence (all-hands, QBRs, board prep)
• Edit and refine strategic communications on culture and strategy
• Support staff team effectiveness as an operations partner
• Manage Business Operations Manager and Ops Collective

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in business operations, chief of staff, or strategy role
• AI-native: hands-on experience building with AI tools
• Exceptional written communicator who can edit for voice
• Deep understanding of engineering and product organizations
