💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana as an Experienced Heavy Body Technician performing extensive bodywork on multiple panels in our high-tech Inspection Center. You'll train other technicians and handle heavy metal pulling and plastic welding. This role offers a $6,000 bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform heavy plastic welding and stapling
• Conduct metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and stud welding
• Repair roofs, rocker panels, and large areas with Bondo
• Train other autobody technicians

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years professional automotive bodywork experience
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
