You'll lead the production of the Starship airframe weldment, working with integration, propulsion, and quality teams. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, cost, and quality of vehicle assembly. This role offers a chance to shape manufacturing processes for humanity's path to Mars.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of build engineers designing the production system
• Develop lean manufacturing processes and factory infrastructure
• Work with design engineering to simplify vehicle systems
• Coordinate development, qualification, and acceptance testing

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering
• 2+ years of process development and build experience on integrated assemblies

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in engineering discipline
• Experience with Unigraphics NX and Teamcenter CAD/PLM systems
• Experience leading operation-critical part mechanical design
