💼 About This Role

You'll help produce cold brew and other coffee products in our brewery, maintaining strict safety and quality standards. You'll also bottle, package, and clean equipment while learning the roasting process.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce cold brew to Rook's highest standards.
• Perform maintenance, organization, and cleaning of equipment.
• Package cold brew kegs, bottles, and boxes.
• Assist with inventory and distribution of green coffee.

📋 Requirements

• Positive mental attitude and outlook on life.
• Team player attitude.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Weekend availability.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior dishwasher, barback, or kitchen experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, labor-intensive role.
• Desire to work for a minimum of 6 months.
