You'll drive growth for a leading industrial distributor's Fluid Power division by building relationships and solving technical challenges. You'll develop a strategic sales plan with support from expert inside sales and technical teams. This role offers mileage reimbursement and ongoing professional training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan with your District Sales Manager.
• Identify and pursue new business through prospecting and cold calling.
• Grow and maintain relationships with existing customers in a defined territory.
• Use CRM tools and data insights to manage pipeline and territory.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally overnight.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

✨ Nice to Have

• 2-year technical degree with Fluid Power focus.
• Hands-on experience with fluid power systems and troubleshooting.
• Fluid Power sales experience preferred.
