💼 About This Role

You'll join the Stellar Development Foundation's legal team as a versatile attorney specializing in corporate and regulatory law. You'll own fundamental corporate legal functions and provide strategic advice on blockchain and digital asset regulations. This role works at the intersection of law, technology, and financial access, ensuring SDF remains a compliant leader in the global blockchain ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee entity management and corporate filings across jurisdictions
• Maintain official corporate records and serve as governance resource
• Analyze evolving legal status of blockchain and digital assets
• Track litigation and enforcement actions in blockchain industry

📋 Requirements

• J.D. degree and active U.S. state bar membership
• 5+ years of legal practice with corporate and regulatory experience
• Familiarity with areas of law relevant to blockchain
