Description

You will serve as a trusted partner to investment management clients, supporting back-office workflows like reconciliation, portfolio accounting, data integrations, and reporting. You'll resolve complex operational challenges, ensure seamless start-of-day processes, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, IT, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years experience supporting back-office workflows in FinTech or investment management
• Strong knowledge of reconciliation processes (positions, cash, transactions, pricing)
• Expertise in portfolio accounting concepts, custodial data feeds, and corporate actions
• Experience building or validating financial and operational reports

Responsibilities

• Provide start-of-day operational support beginning at 7am EST for portfolio reconciliation
• Investigate and resolve complex reconciliation breaks across custodial data and workflows
• Support customers with portfolio accounting, corporate actions, performance inputs, and report generation
• Engage with customers via live chat and ticketing to deliver timely solutions
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to drive durable fixes for recurring issues
