💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in Frederick County, MD, as part of a multidisciplinary care team. This role offers flexible scheduling with no holidays or weekends.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility, strength, and balance.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• Current MD Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program.
