You'll join Diligent's GRC SaaS team to optimize sales systems and drive revenue efficiency. You'll configure and maintain Salesforce and sales tools to support global sales operations. This role offers hands-on impact across a high-growth AI company with a flexible hybrid model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain Salesforce workflows and automation.
• Manage sales tools integrations and data quality.
• Support sales reporting and analytics dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales systems administration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certification in Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of Gong or Clari revenue intelligence platforms.
