You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them from onboarding to long-term adoption. You'll drive retention, renewals, and expansion while collaborating with Product, Sales, and Support. This remote role is at an AI-powered estate planning startup where you'll help shape the company's customer success strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide customers from onboarding to long-term adoption.
• Create and manage Customer Success Plans.
• Own renewal process and identify expansion opportunities.
• Act as voice of customer to improve product experiences.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of driving customer retention and growth
• Experience developing success plans aligned with business goals
• Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, Totango, or Gainsight

• 3+ years in financial services or wealth management
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations
• Background in managing high-value client relationships in regulated industry
