Description

As a People Operations Intern at SentinelOne, you will help improve HR efficiency and employee experience through AI, automation, and data analysis. You'll collaborate with the team to identify pain points, research solutions, and develop proof-of-concept projects.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn in HR
• Critical thinker who can analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop creative solutions
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
• Experience with modern LLM tools (e.g., Gemini/ChatGPT) and curiosity in applying AI/ML/RPA to People Operations

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing People Operations initiatives to drive efficiencies and enhance employee experience
• Conduct research on emerging HR trends and analyze internal data for insights and action plans
• Collaborate with People team to identify improvement areas and drive alignment using AI and automation
• Provide administrative support: respond to inquiries, enter data in Workday, run reports, conduct audits
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions for continuous improvement
