🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-impact Solutions Engineering team
• Define career paths, performance metrics, and development plans
• Drive technical discovery, solution design, and onboarding for enterprise customers
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on go-to-market strategies

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in senior technical pre-sales or solutions engineering within Enterprise SaaS
• Experience building and scaling pre-sales or Solutions Engineering organizations
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and Linux environments
