💼 About This Role

You'll join Affect's remote care team providing telehealth therapy to clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You'll conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual psychotherapy using a secure platform. This role offers flexible remote work and the chance to help build an accessible mental health care system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide individual psychotherapy via secure telehealth platform.
• Maintain clinical documentation in EMR system.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations.

📋 Requirements

• Active Ohio license: LSW, LISW, LIMFT, LPCC, LPC, or LMFT.
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings.
• Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

✨ Nice to Have

• Licensed in state of residence if not Ohio.
• Experience with substance use disorder treatment.
• Non-independent license with supervision eligibility.
