You'll join the Developer Productivity team to build and improve platforms, workflows, and guardrails that help engineers move from idea to production faster. You'll solve scaling developer productivity challenges in an AI-enhanced software development lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to drive durable improvements in quality and speed of software delivery at a leading fintech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team.
• Collaborate with product management and design on technical decisions.
• Identify and lead resolution of project or process issues.
• Foster culture of quality through code review and design standards.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years designing and launching backend systems at scale.
• Experience with highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Experience building CI/CD or release automation systems.
• Comfortable working on shared developer infrastructure and defining platform interfaces.
