You'll support the Bio+Health Business Development team by building commercial and strategic partnership opportunities for a16z's healthcare portfolio. Your core impact will be managing day-to-day interactions with portfolio companies and coordinating with industry partners. This role stands out for its access to a leading VC firm's network and innovative healthcare startups.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage relationships with corporate partners in healthcare
• Track partnership opportunities and maintain internal systems
• Coordinate internal projects and organize events
• Create presentation materials for internal and external audiences

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, or partnerships
• Self starter with strong work ethic and collaborative mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional work
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Suite and presentation tools
