You'll manage the quote-to-cash workflow at a leading AI video platform, ensuring accurate order processing and subscription management. Your work directly impacts deal validation and closure across sales, finance, and legal teams. This role is key to scaling operations in a fast-growing Series E company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and process orders via Salesforce with accurate configuration and pricing.
• Manage deal close processes and ensure timely milestone completion.
• Oversee renewals, upgrades, and amendments with stakeholders.
• Support sales with quote validation and deal desk requests.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Operations.
• 2+ years of experience in Order Management or Deal Desk.
• Experience with Salesforce, Ironclad, or NetSuite.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and revenue recognition.

• Experience with quote-to-cash process in SaaS.
• Exposure to SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI/reporting tools.
