Description

You will build, lead, and improve the regional logistics function for the APAC region, acting as the owner of end-to-end logistics strategy, execution, and carrier management. This high-impact role ensures a fast, resilient, and cost-effective supply chain supporting mission-critical programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field (master's preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management with APAC experience
• Proven ability to build and scale logistics operations in a regional or international environment
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or ambiguous environment
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead all logistics operations across APAC (Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, etc.)
• Develop and execute carrier strategy across air, ocean, parcel, and over-the-road modes
• Design and optimize distribution flows, routing strategies, and transportation services
• Lead regional logistics sourcing, RFPs, contract negotiations, and vendor performance management
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics network
