Description
You will drive operational excellence across Health Plan Operations by translating complex analytics into actionable insights, building automated dashboards, and partnering with leadership to improve key metrics like bad debt, clean claims rates, and team efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar analytical field; Master's preferred
- 3-5 years experience in operations strategy, analytics, RCM, management consulting, tech, or finance
- Experience in healthcare industry, especially mental healthcare, is a plus
- Proven experience with analytical models and data/visualization tools (Looker, SQL, Hex)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; builder's mindset in scaling environment
Responsibilities
- Translate complex analytics into actionable insights to improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Serve as strategic partner to HOPs leadership on reducing bad debt, improving clean collections, and reducing aged AR
- Build and maintain automated dashboards, KPI definitions, and recurring performance packages
- Analyze operational trends to surface insights and root causes, translating findings into clear narratives
- Support ad hoc analytical requests by delivering concise, decision-ready outputs
