💼 About This Role

You'll own a key part of Picnic's automated grocery fulfilment centre, leading multiple teams to deliver on safety, quality, and productivity. Your core impact will be turning site goals into daily action and developing strong operational leaders. This role stands out due to the opportunity to lead in a complex, automated fulfilment environment with a high-volume operation of around 500 colleagues.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of value stream KPIs and strategic roadmap
• Lead day-to-day operations and coach supervisors
• Analyze workflows and implement data-driven process improvements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and 5S standards

📋 Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years leadership experience in warehouse or automated operations
• Experience in automated or semi-automated fulfilment environments
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau and Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Lean or continuous improvement certification
• Experience in high-volume, high-SKU workflows
• Fluency in Dutch and English
