You'll implement ABA treatment plans for children with autism in a 1:1 setting. You'll collect data on client progress and collaborate with BCBAs. This role offers paid RBT certification training and mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record client behavior data in Central Reach
• Assist with assessments and progress reporting

📋 Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Obtain RBT certification within 60 days
• Pass a background check

• Background in child care
• Bachelor's degree in related field
