You'll join Bluelight's rapidly growing team as an Outbound SDR, prospecting new accounts for SaaS-based products that enhance first responders' operations. You'll own the early sales process—cold calling, emailing, and social selling—to generate qualified leads and set meetings for sales executives. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect new leads via cold calls, email, and social media
• Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
• Set up meetings between prospects and sales executives

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years as a Sales Development Representative in SaaS
• Track record of achieving quotas and exceeding lead targets
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows
• Experience as a first responder
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
