🎯 What You'll Do

• Own estimate quality and ensure customer-specific expectations are met.
• Validate blueprint takeoffs against real-world scopes and specifications.
• Maintain estimating knowledge bases and material classifiers.
• Debug estimation issues by reviewing AI system logs and outputs.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of residential construction experience.
• 1-2+ years of construction material purchasing or sales experience.
• Hands-on experience with blueprint takeoffs using PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or OST.
• Familiarity with estimating platforms like Buildertrend, JobTread, or CoConstruct.
