You'll own demos, trials, onboarding flows, and Academy programs that power DroneDeploy's high-velocity and scaled motions. You'll turn recurring customer patterns into repeatable assets and workflows so teams can drive fast, consistent value. This role sits in the unified Solutions team, focusing on scaled enablement and time-to-first-value for long-tail accounts.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and iterate DroneDeploy Academy for high-velocity and scaled segments.
- Build scalable enablement assets like demo scripts and ROI templates.
- Run recurring webinars, office hours, and workshops for customers and teams.
- Partner with Renewals leadership to standardize health checks and expansion plays.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Engineering, or Sales Enablement.
- Demonstrated experience designing and running scaled enablement or Academy programs.
- Ability to map customer use cases to product capabilities and design outcome-focused demos.
- Background in construction/AEC, reality capture, or similar technical workflows.
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with tools like Procore or Autodesk ecosystems.
- Part 107 UAV license (preferred).
- Experience with CRM, LMS/CMS, analytics tools.
