💼 About This Role

You'll provide telehealth primary care to patients of all ages as part of One Medical's Virtual Medical Team, delivering convenient, evidence-based virtual care 24/7. This role combines overnight shifts with collaboration alongside in-office providers to transform healthcare access.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Treat patients via tele-health visits including triage calls and video appointments
• Perform email follow-ups and document patient encounters
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates during daily huddles
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning

📋 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification
• Currently licensed in CA, NY, or DC with ability to obtain additional licenses
• 4 years of outpatient primary care or urgent care/ER experience in past 5 years
• Ability to work overnight shifts (7pm-7am Pacific) including weekends

• Overnight experience preferred
• Residing in Pacific Time Zone or Hawaii Standard Time
