💼 About This Role

You'll take ownership of overall performance and reliability of Fivetran's infrastructure and drive effective incident response at a leading data pipeline company. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure 100% availability of the Fivetran Data Platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor availability, capacity, and throughput of production infrastructure
• Evolve systems by adding reliability into the product roadmap
• Coordinate and prioritize critical bug fixes for support or sales
• Ensure scalable artifact deployment via automation scripts

📋 Requirements

• Expertise in managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE)
• Expertise in cloud platforms and tooling (AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, ArgoCD)
• Expertise in Python or Shell scripting
• Experience with Linux operating systems and cloud networking

✨ Nice to Have

• Java or Go programming
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL
• Expertise with Ansible, Buildkite, Pulumi
