💼 About This Role

You'll own governance and compliance oversight for Harvey's EMEA and APAC subsidiaries, leading entity lifecycle management and board meetings. Your work will strengthen global governance infrastructure as the company scales rapidly with 1000+ customers worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee EMEA and APAC subsidiary governance and compliance
• Lead entity lifecycle management including incorporations and dissolutions
• Manage global governance calendars and statutory filings
• Coordinate board meetings and draft corporate documentation

📋 Requirements

• Paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years corporate paralegal experience in law firm or in-house
• Experience managing non-US subsidiaries and multi-jurisdictional compliance
• Knowledge of global corporate governance frameworks
