Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in content development, knowledge management, or technical documentation
• 3+ years of content development/knowledge management experience
• Experience with content/knowledge management and ticketing systems
• Experience preparing AI-optimized content and building AI models for content generation
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the content operations roadmap and contribute to project completion
