You'll act as a strategic finance partner to the commercial organization, shaping growth strategy and driving financial discipline. Your work will directly impact revenue quality, profitability, and long-term strategic direction in a high-growth, data-driven environment. You'll own forecasting, revenue modeling, and performance analytics while championing automation and AI adoption within Finance.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with GTM leadership on investment allocation, pricing, and growth priorities.
  • Own end-to-end revenue forecasting and modeling, including pipeline analysis.
  • Lead GTM performance management with business reviews and KPI tracking.
  • Develop scalable financial frameworks to improve forecasting accuracy and alignment.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10โ€“12+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success in high-growth environments.
  • Strong expertise in revenue modeling, forecasting, and SaaS subscription dynamics.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership using data-driven insights.
