๐ผ About This Role
You'll act as a strategic finance partner to the commercial organization, shaping growth strategy and driving financial discipline. Your work will directly impact revenue quality, profitability, and long-term strategic direction in a high-growth, data-driven environment. You'll own forecasting, revenue modeling, and performance analytics while championing automation and AI adoption within Finance.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with GTM leadership on investment allocation, pricing, and growth priorities.
- Own end-to-end revenue forecasting and modeling, including pipeline analysis.
- Lead GTM performance management with business reviews and KPI tracking.
- Develop scalable financial frameworks to improve forecasting accuracy and alignment.
๐ Requirements
- 10โ12+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
- Proven experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success in high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in revenue modeling, forecasting, and SaaS subscription dynamics.
- Ability to influence senior leadership using data-driven insights.
