💼 About This Role

You'll manage engineering efforts for road move and highway widening projects, coordinating with state agencies and DOT to relocate telecom infrastructure. Your work ensures timely and efficient protection of fiber/copper networks during construction. This is a unique remote role with hands-on fieldwork in the New Orleans area.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead OSP engineering for road move and highway widening projects
• Coordinate with DOT, municipalities, and contractors on relocation plans
• Perform field surveys and impact assessments on aerial/buried infrastructure
• Develop engineering designs, construction packages, and cost estimates

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years OSP Engineering experience with roadway relocation projects
• Strong knowledge of aerial and underground OSP design and permitting
• Experience with state DOTs and utility coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and OSP design software

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DOT projects on large-scale road infrastructure
• Knowledge of ROW regulations and permitting processes
• Familiarity with fiber optic splicing and network design
