💼 About This Role
You'll lead the strategic direction of Starface's social presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, reporting to the SVP of Marketing. You'll oversee content strategy, platform evolution, and the connection between organic and paid social, using performance insights and cultural relevance to keep the brand ahead of trends. This role is ideal for a culturally fluent strategist who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and evolve social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Lead the social content calendar and ensure strategic purpose for every piece of content.
- Develop actionable creative briefs that push ideas forward and unlock stronger creative work.
- Create and refine platform-specific playbooks, KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting frameworks.
📋 Requirements
- 6+ years leading social strategy for a consumer brand in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or CPG.
- Experience at a brand known for strong social storytelling and cultural relevance.
- Native understanding of TikTok and Instagram platform behavior evolution.
- Proven ability to build social strategies and reporting frameworks from scratch.
