🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with engineering leadership to align priorities and delivery.
• Lead and develop the TPM team, setting direction and supporting growth.
• Refine technical program management and engineering processes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Product Management leadership experience.
• Experience managing other people leaders.
• Knowledge of automotive, ADAS, or autonomous vehicle industry.
• Experience directing a functional area that impacts the entire organization.
