💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary HR presence for the Phoenix office, supporting day-to-day employee needs and strategic people initiatives. You'll play a key role in driving talent acquisition and employee engagement for a global expert network. This role combines hands-on execution with cross-functional partnership across all levels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and screen full-time candidates for various roles.
• Manage interview process and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Negotiate job offers and secure candidate acceptance.
• Conduct employee touchpoints and administer exit surveys.
• Partner with management on HR policies and employee relations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience including recruiting, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with company leadership.

✨ Nice to Have

• Foreign language skills (Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin).
• Experience on a small global HR team.
