As a Business Director, you will lead a premier portfolio of German automotive and CPG clients, bridging traditional excellence with innovative digital-first ecosystems. You'll advise C-suite stakeholders, manage P&L, integrate global capabilities locally, and champion AI-driven efficiency—all while scaling a high-performing account team.

Requirements

• 10+ years in top-tier agencies or digital consultancies
• 5+ years leading multi-million Euro accounts
• Deep knowledge of Automotive and CPG sectors
• High financial literacy in margins and MSA negotiation
• Native German and fluent English

Responsibilities

• Advise C-Suite on shifting from push marketing to community-driven storytelling
• Manage commercial health and P&L, designing growth roadmaps
• Bridge global best practices with local German market needs
• Navigate legal/compliance requirements for agile content production
• Integrate cross-functional teams across Data, Film, Social, and Tech
