💼 About This Role

You'll join the Global Quality team to drive manufacturing quality improvements and implement quality systems for cutting-edge semiconductor equipment. Your core impact is ensuring customer expectations are met through robust NPI quality management. This role offers exposure to global operations and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage manufacturing indices for New Product Introduction at production sites
• Lead 8D investigations and provide reports to field service team
• Coordinate with teams to identify and address non-conformances
• Conduct product audits prior to release for shipment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality
• Experience in New Product Introduction in high-tech capital equipment or semiconductor industry
• Experience in internal audits, certification audits, and/or customer audits

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with 8D or Lean Six Sigma training
• Demonstrated leadership capability to drive cross-functional teams in quality issues
