• Resolve service tickets for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Prepare vacant apartments through turnover repairs
• Perform grounds maintenance and snow removal
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hour emergencies

📋 Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trade education
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for emergencies with reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
