You'll be part of a global team providing outstanding technical support for the Wiz cloud security platform. You'll troubleshoot and solve customer issues using debugging, networking, and automation. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and troubleshoot customer technical issues
- Identify cases requiring escalation to product or engineering
- Design and implement automation to scale support
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of technical customer support or system administration experience
- 2+ years experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- 1+ years hands-on experience with production Kubernetes clusters
- Proficiency in Linux and command-line tools
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with DevOps technologies
- Familiarity with REST APIs or GraphQL
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing, VPNs)
