You'll be part of a global team providing outstanding technical support for the Wiz cloud security platform. You'll troubleshoot and solve customer issues using debugging, networking, and automation. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and troubleshoot customer technical issues
  • Identify cases requiring escalation to product or engineering
  • Design and implement automation to scale support
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical customer support or system administration experience
  • 2+ years experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • 1+ years hands-on experience with production Kubernetes clusters
  • Proficiency in Linux and command-line tools

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with DevOps technologies
  • Familiarity with REST APIs or GraphQL
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing, VPNs)
