Description
You will act as the face of Markforged, working at the intersection of engineering, sales, and customer service to help customers and resellers leverage 3D printing technology. Your role involves expert problem-solving, training, and building strategic relationships to drive adoption of our additive manufacturing solutions.
Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 2-5 years of engineering experience
- 1-2 years in a customer-facing role
- CAD experience required
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Responsibilities
- Gain expert technical knowledge of Markforged products and additive manufacturing
- Train customers and resellers on printer utilization and design
- Provide sales support and solve printing/design challenges
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations at trade shows
- Collect customer feedback to inform marketing and product decisions
